Leaders of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Autonomous Region visited Fuda Co., Ltd. for research and guidance
On the afternoon of March 18, Jiang Jie,Deputy Director of the Human Resources and Social Security
Department of the Autonomous Region and his entourage went to Fuda to
investigate the company's talent management and learn about the company's
post-doctoral scientific research workstation and the construction of the little
highland for talents. Zhao Hongwei, General Manager of the company, Huang Bin and
Yu Chengzhou, Deputy General Manager as well as two Ph.Ds. Zhou Lei and Liu Fei
who worked in the Fuda post-doctoral research station accompanied the
investigation.
Yu Chengzhou reported to the research team
on the company’s current talent structure, post-doctoral research workstations
and the construction of little highland for talent. Since Fuda acquired the Guangxi Talent Highland in 2017,
it has exerted an active talent gathering effect in talent introduction, talent
training, and school-enterprise cooperation. Talents with high education, high
quality, and international vision have made positive progress in the company's management,

Plan, focusing on the introduction of talents, talent training and supporting
